Mrs. April Morris is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist and Supervisor through the North Carolina Board of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from King College (now King University) in 1997. April studied Music Therapy at Radford University and continued her education to obtain a Master of Science Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University (Minneapolis, Minnesota).

April is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR; trauma focused therapy) and has a theological orientation consisting of both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Client Centered Therapy. April has 18 years of mental health experience (one to one behavioral counseling, intensive in-home therapy, therapeutic foster care supervision and licensing preparation, group therapy and individual outpatient therapy).

April serves adolescents, and adults through telehealth at this time (will become hybrid beginning in April of this year). She has worked in a variety of settings including group practice, homes, schools, residential facilities and hospitals. She specializes in helping adolescents and adults struggling with mental health symptoms such as depression, trauma, anxiety, anger, social/relationship problems, difficulty with communication, mood disturbances, self-esteem and personal identity.

April believes in a strong, authentic therapeutic alliance between client and therapist and is committed to helping each individual overcome his/her struggles to accomplish personal goals.

Mrs. Roselyn McCoy is a compassionate Christian Counselor who treats clients as equals, taking their concerns into account without judgment.

Roselyn received her BS in Social Work and Gerontology as well as her MSW from East Carolina University, Greenville, NC. Trained in Social Work and having an extensive background in ministry, Roselyn incorporates an integrative approach using Re-decision Therapy Techniques, Solution Focused Therapy, CBT, Mindfulness techniques and Biblical counsel. This allows her to tailor the treatment plan to fit each client’s unique strengths and challenges.

Roselyn is an ordained Christian Minister by The New Christian Fellowship Center Church, Inc. in Greene County, NC. She has an extensive apostolic and pastoral ministry background where she has used her gifts to pastor, minister and encourage God’s people through preaching, teaching, radio, and writing.

Roselyn is able to accept MedCost, BCBS/State Health Plan, Church Sponsored and Self Pay referrals.

Nancy Csehoski

Mrs. Nancy Csehoski is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC). She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Marshall University (West Virginia) and her Masters degree from Marshall University (formerly W. V. Graduate College).

Nancy is a rostered clinician in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) through North Carolina Child Treatment Program and a Clinical Member of the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers (A.T.S.A). Nancy has been in the mental health field for over 20 years and has provided individual, family and group therapy, in home therapy, assessments and working with youth in the juvenile justice system as well as the foster care system.

Nancy works with children beginning at age 10, adolescents and adults. She specializes in TF-CBT/Cognitive Behavior Therapy, trauma, inappropriate sexualized behavior in youth, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, adjustment issues, coping/stress management, anger, self esteem, personal identity concerns, and more.

Nancy approaches counseling from a Christian world view and uses CBT, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused techniques, Gestalt techniques and believes the relationship is the most powerful part of the counseling process.

Karen C. Albrecht is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS), and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC). She has a dual Master of Science degree in Counseling and Vocational Evaluation. Karen has over 19 years of experience serving as a Deaf Blind Specialist, Rehabilitation Counselor, and Child Parent Psychotherapist to adults and children, and providing services for individuals who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Deaf Blind, and with multiple disabilities.

Karen has clinical experience working with adults, college students, and children experiencing adjustment issues, depression, trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, divorce, and substance abuse. She embraces a holistic approach to therapy by focusing on the application of God’s Word and walking in God’s Spirit. Karen is passionate about facilitating healing in clients based on a Gospel-oriented worldview. She is trained in several therapeutic modalities. Her primary techniques used are Redecision Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Heart Sync, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Gabby Boone

Gabby earned her Associate of Applied Science Degree in Health Information Technology in 2021 from Pitt Community College, Greenville, NC and completed her clinicals at ECU Health Medical Center. She has recently earned her certification as a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) and been promoted to the Medical Administrator for the Greenville and Huntersville, NC Offices.

Gabby attends her home church – Lighthouse of Deliverance – in Roanoke Rapids, NC and has a vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ.  She is very empathetic and is wonderful at helping clients find the right therapist.

Barbara Kohler is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Ordained Christian Minister, and Singer/Songwriter. Barbara uses a Christ centered approach in working with clients. Applying biblical counsel-in a grace oriented style-has proven to bring about lasting change in those who desire emotional and spiritual healing. Barbara is best known for her work with trauma survivors dealing with PTSD from childhood or adult trauma. She is trained in several modalities, her primary techniques being Re-decision Therapy, TRET (Trauma Resolution Energy Therapy) and Heart Sync.

Barbara is ordained through Kingdom Business Association, a ministry of MorningStar Ministries out of Fort Mill, SC. Barbara has over 28 years professional counseling experience in several different venues. She has ministered in Eastern US from New York to Florida as well as Italy and Greece. Barbara is licensed to provide psychotherapy in North and South Carolina. She sees clients in our office in Huntersville, NC as well as provides telehealth to NC and SC residents.
